Mrs. Harvey Maybury is responsible for the direction of Butterfield Bank’s Human Resources functions, comprising Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Organisational Development and Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining Butterfield Bank, Mrs. Harvey Maybury was Vice President/Director, Human Resources, Bank of Bermuda. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Management.
