Mr. Brooks is responsible for oversight of all Butterfield Bank offices outside of Bermuda which comprise The Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman, Guernsey and the United Kingdom. He has a background of more than 45 years in financial services, joining Butterfield Bank in 1989 as Managing Director, Butterfield Bank (Guernsey) Limited. His qualifications include designations from the Institute of Bankers and the Institute of Personnel Management.
