Mr. Rodger is the Bank's general counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors. A member of the Law Society of Scotland, Bermuda Bar Association and International Bar Association, he has been chief legal adviser for the Bank since 1977. He has spoken extensively at law, banking and investment conferences and is a former Chairman of a 1,000-lawyer group from over 26 countries covering investment company law. He chairs the Bermuda Government's Hotel Licensing (Appeals) Tribunal and is a former President of the Bermuda Golf Association.
